چکیده
BACKGROUND: The widespread use of radiation sources in medical practice (cardioendovascular surgery, endoscopy, traumatology, urology, neurosurgery, dentistry, radioisotope diagnostics departments) leads to irradiation the lens eye and skin hands with low-intensity scattered radiation. introduction new recommendations by IAEA reduce limit annual equivalent dose (20 mSv), has led incorrectness assessment for lens, based on effective dose.
AIMS: Analysis approaches doses personnel during various diagnostic studies under influence X-rays gamma radiopharmaceuticals, as well comparison results obtained previously published data.
MATERIALS AND METHODS: method thermo-luminescent dosimetry was used. Dose carried out cardioendovascular isotope diagnostics, urology.
RESULTS: estimated doctors surgery departments, most cases, ranged from 35 90 mSv, average staff - 6 19 mSv (in some doctor up 225 nurse 180 mSv); department 4.5 9 mSv. calculated were: 17 100 working radiopharmaceuticals ‒ 24 220 It is shown that an estimate per operation doctors, a rule, inevitably excess after certain number operations.
CONCLUSION: Equivalent above 20 year can be formed when operations exceeded (from 200). A lesion cardio-endovascular found at existing levels. indicate need further dosimetric measurements epidemiological studies, basis which developed protection field scattered, gamma, X-ray low intensity.
